Installed a three-zone ductless mini-split system in a Williamsburg loft conversion that had no existing ductwork. Mounted indoor heads in the living area, bedroom, and home office with the condenser on the roof. Each zone can now be controlled independently for maximum comfort.

Cut a new through-wall sleeve and installed a 12,000 BTU air conditioner in a Gramercy Park studio apartment. Reinforced the wall opening with a steel lintel and sealed the sleeve to prevent air and water infiltration. The unit runs quietly and cools the entire studio efficiently.
